The Legal Clinic’s (TLC) mission is to ensure justice for low-income immigrants and migrants of Hawaiʻi through high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. Established in 2019, TLC is a small but growing Honolulu-based nonprofit organization. TLC is not a faith-based organization but part of a national affiliate network, Immigration Law & Justice Network (ILJN), which was founded by the United Methodist Committee on Relief and serves over 5,000 immigrants a year at 19 sites across the United States.
